Ms. Tanya E. Bidwell

After eleven years at a private tax firm, Tanya Bidwell brings her unique experience and education to her own law firm. She has extensive experience in tax consulting, advocacy and compliance work. 

During her tenure at the CPA firm, Tanya successfully defended tax positions taken on returns, brought suit against the United States on faulty claims, prepared numerous tax returns and consulted with clients over various tax matters. 

Tanya works closely with clients and other attorneys and CPAs to help develop tax strategies involving succession, estate, and retirement planning. She has completed audits to resolution, either through negotiating with the auditor or the IRS appeals process. 

As an avid traveler, she has visited over 30 countries and loves to learn about different cultures and customs. She is an active member of The Junior League of Midland, Inc., and enjoys being able to give back to the community.
